Our Burundi is the darker roast in our collection, and will suit espresso lovers and those using a bean to cup or espresso machine. Perfect for the lover of a rich roasted flavour. Expect a medium malic acidity with medium body. Raspberry on the flavours and cocoa powder finish.
Our medium roast Honduras is bursting with flavour and you can expect sweet flavours with hints of nuts, mild malic acidity and a cocoa powder aftertaste. We personally enjoy this in our Aeropress!
Our Guatemala is also a medium roast and it originates from the El Morito farm. A personal favourite in our roastery and a perfect medium bodied coffee. We love it in an iced latte too, keep an eye on our instagram @mazotstrcoffeeroasterssa for recipes! It's in our hopper ALL the time in the roastery, so give us a call to swing by and have a taste for yourself!
